This was a really hard workout- lots of difficult jumping moves. I had to modify so much that I don’t think I’ll be doing it again.

After 2 years that I did this again…I forgot how DAMN HARD IT WAS!!!!! But let me just say how motivating Breann was!! Her smile, her energy kept me going!! I feel so proud of myself!!! I'm sweating a bucket but it was SO worth it 😀

I did this workout once a year and a half ago and it was by far the most difficult workout I've done on popsugar. After revisiting it, it was easier but thats also after a solid year of intense training. This is an excellent challenge and I enjoyed it but for the love of god, a "break" isn't taking 5 seconds to transition to the next move
