Very relaxing. It's hard to find yoga instruction that is simply gentle stretching. Sometimes you just want a good stretch. I loved this! ❤️

I prefer to follow yoga practices without music in the background (so that I can concentrate in my own breath and can hear the instructions more clearly), but thanks anyways! It is a good beginner yoga practice.
