This is your 30 Minute Mobility HIIT Workout! This is Day #28 of your Momentum Challenge. This workout is exactly like it sounds, we’re gonna get some good mobility, some stretching, some movement to get your body feeling good, and we will add a little hiit cardio too. I will give you lots of options and you don’t need any equipment for this workout, just some space to move. Are you ready! Let’s do it!

Fantastic stretching moves. I agree with you – my favorite cardio mobility move is that side lunge shuffle. Feels so good!

This was a great mobility workout 💪 I loved every single stretch! My hamstrings, back and hips and neck feel so relaxed 😌. I like how you put the cardio in with it too! Yes Amy I like this format alot! I love ALL YOUR WORKOUTS! Thank-u so much for another awesome workout 💪 😀 🙌 !

There is simply something about seeing I don't need to wear shoes for a workout that gets me EXTRA excited and motivated! haha! I loved it. It felt SO GOOD, and I still got sweaty and got that heart rate up. Thank you Amy!

Mobility is becoming a favourite these days. I started a job that has lots of walking and the floors are doing a number on my hips (never mind my feet). The job itself is giving me a work out (lifting too!) and the mobility is well needed. No matter what work out I do of yours, it leaves me feeling great! Thanks Amy!

Thank you Amy for this workout! I have just transitioned off from my post natal workouts from your channel. I’ve done them with every one of my pregnancies and as I get older I don’t have the strength and mobility that I had with my first child. This workout was a super great balance of strength and miniskirt that has given me my confidence in my body once again. Thank you for your workout videos! They are so helpful in my life!

As an older person, (age 67) I still love to exercise daily if possible but I cannot do intense workouts anymore. Your cardio mobility workouts are perfect!
