I recently bought some mini bands, so this was my first official workout with them. This was challenging, but I enjoyed it. would love to see some upper body/full body workouts with the bands.

Love band workouts. Uses the muscles so differently from weights and kettle bells.
Really loved the tabata format combined with the mini bands. The 10-second rest periods allowed me to readjust the bands, which made it really easy to work with them. Thanks!
Tabata with mini bands is my favorite new combo. Just a tip, but fabric bands do not roll around. I still use my latex ones for the bicycles and certain cardio moves.
Loved this! Bands aren't always my fave but this was the best one yet. Loved the bridge and clamshells circuit!

Good workout even without the bands 💪 i usually feel left out when i see specialize equipment workouts, since I am working at home with limited equipment options, but did it anyway….glad it was a short tabata workout 💜

These band workouts are so sneaky good with just a good amount of difficulty. I feel the bands engage more muscles on each move compared to isolated dumbell moves. Thanks Amy, more of these core circuits please!!
I'm 54 and I and my wife earn $14,000 bi-weekly returns from our digital assets portfolio but we are VERY worried about our future because of the gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings up high with the cost of living into the stratosphere, we are finding it impossible to retire. We can get by, but cant seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for…

It is nice to mix it up and just do upper or lower body sometimes. Would you ever consider doing a workout with the fabric band that stays flat? I know it’s meant to be used above the knee but it’s nice that it doesn’t roll into a tight rope. I guess dumbbells are my favorite but a resistance band workout really hits some muscles that need attention.

Mini band workouts are so deceptively hard!!! Glutes are crying 😂😂 but I love it!!!! I feel they are more intense than HIIT workouts.. thank you❤❤❤
