Hi. I enjoyed this workout. Would love to see more medicine ball workouts for sure if possible. If you are doing similar moves but maybe one day use a dumbbell, then a kettlebell and then a medicine ball will that be variety for your body, or do they all just count as weight? Thanks for all your hard work. 😁💪🏻

GREAT workout as always Amy! :-)) As I don´t have a medicine ball, I used a small kettlebell instead, it worked perfect throughout most of the workout. Thank you Amy! :-))

This wasn't to bad. I was able to do the entire workout. Can you make more of 30-40 minutes so I won't get bored doing this weekly please.
