This was a terrific workout. She is a great instructor. Clear and motivating. I want to take every class with her!! I should have known I was in for it when I could barely do the warm up. More like a hot up. She comes in spicy!!!

I have been following only this workout for two months now. Not everyday but atleast minimum of 2x a week. I feel much improvement in my balance and overall body.
I only see problem I am scared to lie down to stretch after all routine. I want to normalize my heartbeat before I lie down and do stretching.
