It has ment so much to me to be inspired and actually workout consistently! I recently turned 50 and I am stronger than I've been in 25 years! Working out has also helped so much with the new pain I've begun to feel as I age – hip pain, back pain, brain pain (😂🤣). Much love and gratitude.
