Great workout but TOO MANY COMMERCIALS! I understand you need to get paid but it's such a distraction in the middle of the program.
Wow, that was a challenge. But this 63-yo did it! My new favorite 30-min morning workout before work. When your life is busy and you don’t have much time, you need an efficient cardio routine that’s safe for your joints. This is it! I do yoga too and really appreciated the 30sec shavasana at the end. Way to stay mindful. Great job guys.
