I love it! ( and I love Jake). I started to follow his workouts because I needed some cardio in my training routine and I never get bored with him! This legs and booty routine It's not an easy one and I surely broke a sweat. As for everything consistency is the key and I have been doing this workout (and I hate to train my lower body) one or twice a week for a month now and I can surely already tell the difference!

11 minutes in and my legs are already hurting badly, can't even stand. I have been doing many workouts and i can say that jake's workouts are the best 😀
Anyone have advice for growing glutes and sliming hip fat? Will these workouts help? Or do i need to be doing the fancy weights at the gym??
