I love the kickboxing workouts, thank you for including them. The pyramid stack makes it move quickly. I would love a 3rd stack or even a half stack for a future workout. February Fresh has been my favorite monthly challenge, thanks for always brining it!

Glad for the reminder of this video! I did it last yr when it was first uploaded on Feb 15th and had forgotten about it although I had it saved. Gonna do this today for some cardio and in celebration of doing it 1 yr later with less weight on me.

I love kickboxing, even better when there is no up and down off the floor 😆 the pyramid is always challenging since there is very little rest between moves, but I got it done 🙌🖐💪time for some extra stretching 💜

I know I’m in the minority but I do not like kickboxing workouts. I’ll do day #2 instead.
My favorite kickboxing move has to be the speed bag & cross! I always feel so strong with that move and it’s fun!
