I completely understand some of the complaints to this video.

Is it a good sweaty cardio workout? Yes absolutely.

Is it easy to follow along? Not if you're vision impaired or the type of person who isn't staring at the screen the entire workout. There's so many movement change cues that Simone just expects the viewer to notice only by watching, and the description of the moves when first introduced could be a lot better to help beginners understand what muscle to focus on.
