Really enjoyed this workout! One of my favorite moves was the crunch + bicycle ladder. The ladder format is great because there are fewer moves to get through and there are no breaks going up and down the ladder.

I look forward to dumbbell workouts from you everyday and can't wait to do them. However this workout just didn't do it for me. It said that it was 30 minutes but it really included 6 minutes of warm up. The remainder of 24 minutes didn't pack a punch with too much down time and the work outs were too easy. Too much of the swing and I realize it is what you like but the workouts are not as novice and I feel like every session has the same.moves. I suggest that you include new moves to keep it fresh, make it a proper 30 minutes, decrease the downtime and the warm up time has to be outside of the thirty minutes otherwise it is not a 30 minute workout! Hope this helps. Otherwise these workouts are great!

Such a fun workout! I really enjoy the ladder format. Favorite moves, the scissor crunch and plank press/jack. Needed this today before going to a birthday celebration! Another awesome week of workouts done! 🤩

I LOVED this ladder format. It was so fun and CHALLENGING . I enjoyed the core sit up and scissors. I was tired today so I did it for 5 minutes and kept going. Thank you for this AMAZING workout!
