Could you do a dumbbell workout with upper body round, lower body round, full body round and then a mini hiit to finish please? Love weight hiit workouts

I've done this workout a few times and it's great. I just struggle to do push ups ! I have no strength with my arms in a bent position. 🤣 How can I gain more strength to do the pushups ?

My absolute favourite workout of Joe's. Great variety, challenging but not impossible moves, a real confidence builder to get me on my toes for push ups again. Will definitely do this one again to challenge myself with heavier weights and more reps.
