This is your 30 Minute Kettlebell AMRAP workout! AMRAP means as many rounds as possible. Today we’ll be using your kettlebell and we will have four exercises in a four-minute round followed by two exercises in a two-minute round. It’s gonna be quick but it’s gonna be fun!

Loved everything but the pop ups! Too many for my liking
🔥🔥🔥GREAT workout sequence!! Loved all the circuits and the moves were just challenging enough to keep it very interesting. Loved the format (4 min. circuit and then 2 min. lightning round). Saw some comments disliking the pop ups, but I thought they were great!! Fantastic way to get the heart rate up and muscles burning. Definitely felt strong during this one! Thanks, Amy!! 💪🏼

Usually love your workouts but while this pushed me, i did not love it with the kettlebell. I think maybe I’m just not as good at kettlebells yet. Felt clunky for me. Once I let go of trying to keep up with you, I did better.😬

loved this- challenging in a good way and went sooo fast! Popups are hard but thanks for putting them in- challenges me and gets the sweat going and heart pumping- perfect! Can't quite keep up with that round but it doesn't matter- it's all good. x
Great workout, sweating up a storm . Love how amy explains to isolate muscle….core tight, squeeze shoulder’s etc. I’ve lifted much more weight doing rows and never felt the fatigue i do when connecting muscle to brain as amy states to tighten the shoulder on the row….thanks Amy , simply awesome
