Bosh, Joe! I don't think there's any other coach or influencer who deserves the credit as much as you do. Not only this workout pushes any beginner to his/her natural (but still manageable) limits, but the way you do it makes it hugely relatable and surprisingly fun!
I have always linked word 'diet' with starvation, until I discoverd website Agoge Diet. With their diet plan, I am never hungry and I am still losing weight. Amazing!!!

Been doing this about twice a week with 30lbs weights. I pause it a few times during it to rest. I add in a chest workout and another workout in after before going back to this but for time spent working out I'm in the best shape of my life at 38. Or at least I look like it. Such an efficient workout, thanks.
I'm following along with Joe. The further I get into the workout, the sooner I hear his 3 second alarm, after like 20 seconds. My mind wants my body stop. And sometimes I do stop, "thinking" I hear it. I'm weak-willed 🙁
