Most brutal one yet for me. I had to modify the modified versions. Coach is a beast for having done all those with a ton of weight AND talking the whole time! Kudos to you both.

I Try To Walk 6 Days A Week For At Least 30 Minutes When Its Nice And Cool Out Side Love These Videos I Just Started These Controlled Weight Lifting Videos This Tuesday And Even Though I'm Just 30 Years Old I Still Have A Hard Time With These Controlled Weight Lifting Videos But Sometimes I Have To Hit The Pause Button To Get Me Drink Because If I Get Over Heated I Pass Out Sometimes But I'm Doing My Best To Stick With It💛👍
