Claudia just said you read every comment so here goes. Love your workouts and love the variety. Problem is that their titles are so similar I have a hard time seeing which ones I have done and not done, all these different videos are on the screen. I’m requesting for your new series that you number them or distinguish or categorize them in some way. Also, I would like to give on your patron page but just want to give one amount once instead of signing up for a monthly thing. Is there a way to do that?
I know this is such an old video but I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am that Coach mentioned not having shame about being on your knees when doing pushups. I was once made fun of at 6 weeks postpartum by a horrible "trainer" for repping the pushups on my knees. The entire class laughed as she called me out, and I never went back. We're all just giving it our best and I'm so thankful for the mentality of HASfit. I'll work out with you guys for life.
