I worked out with a personal trainer for years doing interval strength training and this was exactly what she had me doing. I haven’t consistently worked out since having my 3rd child in 2017 and while this was hard I did it! Got a great sweat on and feel great!

Putting the ads in the middle of the video multiple times really ruins the workout and takes you out of the moment. Will not do this video again bc of that.

I'm here over 2 years later trying this workout for the first time. It was a great workout I cannot lie, but the only problem I had was there were at least 10 ads during this video. That is super intrusive during a workout. You're in your groove, and all of a sudden a stupid ad pops up. Extremely annoying. Popsugar are y'all that hard up for money? Sheesh

The interruption of the mid roll ads has really become unbearable for this workout!
A pleasant surprise! The warm-up actually made me feel warm, balance exercises are so good, and the cool-down is just what my legs needed.

Work out essentially good but I think the breathing heavy on the girls part was way too!,, much talking .. too much irreverent side chatter and watching it more than once would definitely feel that five minutes of the video was unnecessary ..
