Thank you for a great workout, and thank you for showing more modifications lately! I don't do well on the floor and finding standing options is a great help to me. Also love it when you show moves that get the same benefit without necessarily having the same base flexibility to start from. 🙂

Sunday morning -love the kickstand swing. Really felt that I "got it" with the second round of those! Good workout.

This was a lot of fun! And my legs are still sore from the leg workout 2 days ago!….new swing was fun but hard to adjust and keep the kickstand leg out of the way. Loving new moves and November!
