Thank you for not doing pushup burpees especially after an interval of pushups! Great workout.
I was trying to talk myself out of working out today. Glad I didn't. As usual, I enjoy working out with you. However, I had to modify lungs, squats, etc….my knees can't do these anymore. Would love to see HITT workouts that don't include squats, lungs, etc. But, that would also tone legs and butt.
