This is definitely a killer workout! Those compound movements are really challenging but fun as well. I'm halfway in and i'm drenched in sweat! This is definitely worth your time!

I recently just lost 20 pounds doing this workout and going to the gym!!! However even I've found this workout to be too challenging this week lol. I had to take a break at the 10 min mark. This is SUCH a good workout though!!!! Thank you both. ❤️❤️❤️

I did this routine 2 days ago! My body was broken! Everything hurt!🤣 But I really enjoyed it and came back for more today!! 🤪🤣 Nice addition to my gym session. 👌🏾

Stumbled upon this today and thought I’d check it out. Some movements were a little hard for me (side lunges) as I have bursitis in both of my hips (plus I’m 51 and hardly workout with dumbbells) but I still managed to finish the whole workout. I feel like I am now ready to seize the day! Thanks so much for making this video ❤️

Love these, have been having my best workouts since COVID started now that I bought them. Only criticism is that the end caps (which you rotate to change bestgym.equipment the weight) stick out and can do into your thighs if you rest the dumbbells vertically on your legs. Only a minor inconvenience though.
