It’s Day #1 of your Burn Challenge! In today’s workout we’re going to work your entire body for strength cardio and mobility. We’ll use either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. If you have both you can alternate between circuits, otherwise just use what you’ve got and I will give you lots of options to work to your level. Let’s do it!

Had to take a little break recently because I hurt my knee then my low back!! Did some active recovery and yoga and today I am BACK! I love the back to basics moves. What an awesome workout Amy!!!

Another great workout Amy! Loved it! Progression in each circuit, kept the heart rate high! Those mobility moves in between the circuits were much needed 🙂 to bring the heart rate down 🙂 Thank You Amy! 💛🤗💛🤗

Outstanding, Amy!! Loved the chance to get use my heaviest dumbbells and with the minimal rests (thank you for no minute rests between circuits) I felt like I was getting good cardio endurance/conditioning in as well. Definitely my kind of workout!!
