It’s Day #1 of your Burn Challenge! In today’s workout we’re going to work your entire body for strength cardio and mobility. We’ll use either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. If you have both you can alternate between circuits, otherwise just use what you’ve got and I will give you lots of options to work to your level. Let’s do it!

Had to take a little break recently because I hurt my knee then my low back!! Did some active recovery and yoga and today I am BACK! I love the back to basics moves. What an awesome workout Amy!!!
What a way to start my first challenge! Definitely not happy with how much of my fitness I've lost because I couldn't properly finish the workout but proud of myself for showing up, and the only way is up! <3

Outstanding, Amy!! Loved the chance to get use my heaviest dumbbells and with the minimal rests (thank you for no minute rests between circuits) I felt like I was getting good cardio endurance/conditioning in as well. Definitely my kind of workout!!
Staying honest- you forgot that last set of plank exercises in Circuit 2. But not to worry, you made up for it in Circuit 3 and the bonus =).
