Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length 30-minute home workout that you can do in a small space, no equipment required (not even shoes!). This barefoot, fusion style cardio and bodyweight only strength session combines elements of barre, Pilates, yoga and more. This routine is designed to get your body moving and feeling good, making it a perfect recovery day or for a light to moderate intensity day routine.
We’ll keep your entire body moving to build endurance, balance, rhythm and coordination. This non stop session helps target the muscles in the thighs, inner thighs, legs, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, arms, shoulders and abs with exercises like plies, lunges, single leg balances, narrow squats, standing oblique crunches, balancing skaters and more, and then winds down with a brief standing meditation to help calm your body and mind to wrap up your workout.

Perfect for quarantine day that I stayed on the couch too long and between two run days (that is if I get up tomorrow to run). This one of my faves.
This is a great workout for late in the day when you want to do something but don't want to bother with equipment or bouncing around. I really like this one! Also I’ll note I have a sore shoulder and neck from overdoing arms recently and this workout was great for loosening and stretching that area.

Love this workout! Haven't done it in a while, glad I did it! My legs were still sore from yesterday's workout, but I was able to do all the leg work today. Day 23 (although behind!) of the Calm and Strong Plan completed!
This is an outstandingly deceptive video. You may think it is easy, but think again. As a former Pilates mat instructor and one who's been participating in mat Pilates & Reformer for some time now and over 60, this is the best fusion small space no equipmet video I've found to date. I also have a variety of physical issues from years of practicing other forms of vigorous physical exercise that were too impactful for my body. This gentle form of exercise was perfect, calming and not simple at all. Well done Jessica. Give us more!!!!
This was a delightful surprise–gentle and flowing, yes, and yet I got "sparkly" and have room to grow with some of those balance moves I don't have down yet. Thank you for something different, especially if my energy or emotions need a boost.

I have worked out with Jessica for some time. Like the variety –I can choose which days to really push myself. Two weeks ago I broke my foot. The doctor says I can do low impact but walking really hurts. Today I did this workout. Wow! Sneaky challenge is right. Worked up a sweat and could modify to protect my foot. Thank you Jessica Smith.
