just in case this helps anybody. I did this workout today. I'm 5ft9 and 140lbs – I burnt 185cals. I modified on the side planks. It's a good resistance workout though!

This is a good continuous, no frills challenging workout that actually last 30 min (excluding the cooldown)

This is the first Popsugar vid I've actually not enjoyed, I didn't feel very encouraged or instructed properly by the trainer
This workout would be so much better if these 3 weren't just talking non-stop and adding unnecessary comments. like no one cares we hare to work out not listen to you moaning all the time.

The first popsugar workout that I really did not like. I felt like Anna was carrying the weight of this workout on her shoulders- I was more motivated to workout because of her. The lack of counting reps was confusing, and the lack of energy was a downer. Transitions were also a bit messy and long winded… I don't need a cheerleader, but some more energy and enthusiasm would have been nice.
Found this video in 2019 and it's still kicking my butt and helping me tone up in 2021. Love this video. Amazing instructor.

I think the trainer in this did a great job, so to the negative comments: to each their own I guess.
EDIT: I do think it's funny though, she kept saying Anna will be modified: but she was keeping up/doing same thing (For SOME of the things). lol **and PS– thick elastic cloth bands are the best: they STAY in place (no rolling or moving)

Anyone notice results
Tried this one for the 1st time today – already tried the bootcamp Barre resistance one and done that several times. This was really good, and it really burned. I was quite proud of myself that I (almost) kept up with the trainer, as she was smashing it. Really loved it 😍
