Thanks for another great workout HASfit! I've been doing the full body workouts a few times a week, and then break things up by doing some cardio in between. Do you recommend alternating full body and cardio on different days, or just changing it up from time to time?

Are the calories burned including resting or is it all from this exercise? I need to log calories but my app already tells me what i burn resting.

Dear God , this was a rough workout. But I did it! My favorite part will always be the cool down!
Good workout but cool down was way too long – it's not a 30 minute calorie burn, it's 20 minutes plus warm up and cool down…
