This was an awesome workout. One of my favourites, tough burn and heart rate got up. Enough variety and I could get through the 20 seconds at a time! Definitely a favourite!

Great! After a slight back tweak and resting for a week or more I did two of your yoga inspired workouts and a body weight workout before feeling ready for weights. Perfect! Did the trick and I feel back in the swing!

Thanks for another great workout, Amy! I really appreciate, “You do you.” Sometimes I have to make up my own modifications but I’m able to keep moving the whole time. My body tells me that it’s working. Sweat, working muscles, elevated heart rate, check. It feels great to be moving again even with a still healing foot.

I haven't been "feelin' it" this month, so getting through a workout has been a struggle. I don't know if it was the No Repeat, the upbeat music, or my upcoming extended wknd, but this was my favorite workout this month. But hey, can we stop calling it a Bonus Move and just pretend it's part of the sequence, cuz I'm excited to see the clock running down…only 4, 3, 2 minutes to go…and then hear "I think we can fit in a bonus move!" and my mind hears 'bonus' and it says "Ok Momma, we're done"!! 😀

Love this one. Short on time so I skipped one circuit (crying baby and two other kiddos who needed mom) but I showed up and moved my body! Felt so good
I loved, loved,loved this one. I was happily surprised to find I could do some of those deep core moves. I never think I can. But then, when I just try it, sometimes I'm thrilled to find out I am strong enough.
