I’ll definitely be doing this workout! Especially after my foolishness this past weekend…😁. The boyfriend and I took a little weekend trip and we ate and drank, unlike we usually do! Nothing crazy, but we both felt yuck at the end of it all! Back on track today…we don’t usually cut up like that, so it was fun!!!

Excellent workout! Quick & efficient with clear instructions. I worked hard, I sweat hard. My muscles are fatigued in a good way. I was still sweating even after my shower. Great job, Amy!
Loved this! To be a burn 🔥 workout, this was manageable for me. I love the Tabata format and unfortunately, these days, this is the only type of your weight workouts I can do. My muscles can't tolerate long sets anymore like they used to. Seeing a Neurologist to get nerve/muscle conduction studies to find out what is going on. Labs were fine. So, thank you for creating a strength training workout in a format that some people can manage.

Super challenging! First circuit I was able to use my 17.5 lb dumbbells. Had to drop to my 10 lbs for the second circuit with those flys. I feel so strong after!
