This 30 minute workout uses both dumbbell and bodyweight exercises to strengthen and sculpt and get fat blasting cardio for the entire body. If you don’t have dumbbells, grab some soup cans or water bottles. Options for all fitness levels.

You're so encouraging I do these workouts as often as I can. I love how creative you are too, I used the quiet low impact ones for my old house as the walls were super thin and I had noise complaints 😂 I struggle with some movements, lunges suck for my hip displacement, but your constant reassurance of "if that move bothers your joint just do the other move, I'm just happy you're moving!" it's why I keep coming back! My dumbells feel lighter everytime 😁💜
