The Best 30 mins of my life
Since im missing my health club these videos are really helping to motivate me to workout. Even when my club reopens, im going to continue to be a HAS Fit fan and workout at home some of the time. Your video workouts are fun too! Thank you.
Diamond pushups are super tough for me for some reason. Feels like my wrist is gonna snap or dislocate. Any tips?? Probably should do an alternative right?
I've been doing HASFIT for 7 Months. I did this workout the first week and couldn't for the life of me do a diamond pushup. I decided to give this workout a go again today and I was able to do them! This is what I workout for…non scale victories. I was so sure they would still be a challenge! Thank you Coach K and Claudia. I am a HasFit lifer. That's for sure. Happy New Year everyone!
