Dance cardio workouts are so much fun to do sometimes it doesn't feel like your completing a workout for 30 minutes. 🏋️🏼🤸🏻💕
ily popsugar but this one nahhh. It's waaay to fast to keep up. This is not workout it's confusing dance moves. Sorry.

I usually LOVE your workouts but this one was way to advanced. Even if I have had dance experience I struggled to follow the instructor because she was just to quiet, no explanation, no warning, no sounds. Only dance terms and counted.
What I did love was the part just before the cool down with the different positions. The cool down was way to advanced to with the split.
I would love this one but a bit more modified and maybe if the instructor could be a little bit more pedagogic.
THAT WAS SO GOOD.
That as to be the most disjointed badly structured class. No counting in, at times not in time with the music.. not a great class
Amazing workout! Lauren is a wonderful instructor! The moves were fluid and graceful! It was difficult, but it was still good! The cool down was the most difficult for me! I can't do the splits, but the way they did the splits was impressive! Thank you, Popsugar for a difficult, but excellent workout <3

I loved it. Not normally into dance workouts but loved that one. I grew up with ballet so felt i could relate to it well. The main instructor for this video did excellent job! Can't do zumba but love ballet dance! Great work.

NOT FOR BEGINNERS! This is for people who are WAY more advanced w/ Barre. I didn't know half the moves they talk about and they go really quick. It would be nice if they put that info in the description b/c I just end up frustrated and have to find something else.

Okay, love this but was anyone else wanting a modification for stretching at the 29:00 mark? I can't do a full-on fucking split like what?
That was sooo good, really enjoyed it, though i was dying haha
It's a lot of jumping. The last 10 minutes is almost entirely on your knees and the splits aren't really necessary.
The height Lauren was getting in her kicks omggg 🔥and then everyone effortlessly doing the splits at the end? I was just staring at the screen with my jaw dropped, hunched over my one outstretched leg like a little snail lady 😂
