This workout also exercises your will power, after every round there was an advertisement for Hungry Jacks, ( Burger King).
You repeated the split jumps, grear workout though

Started off strong with Part I, Part II I was still moving inserting my own variations, Part III definitely had inconsistent participation. I will try again another day.

I love doing workouts like this and never getting sore (and before people just and say I’m not doing it right) It’s actually the water that I drink. I recently switched the brand of water I drink and this has made all the difference. Please comment if you are even the least bit intrigued 😉😊

Yup, strength training is definitely waaaaay easier than cardio.
I have 9 minutes left in the workout but my legs are just done. They're not even burning anymore, they're just weak at this point.

Probably one of the worst(Best) work out. Made it through all the way on my first try. Had to do couple of beginners modification but that's all right. Thank you for a great work out HASFIT!

8:00 & 17:25 are the same. They say in the beginning no repeated exercises.
Same with 13:36 & 26:09
