I love doing workouts like this and never getting sore (and before people just and say I’m not doing it right) It’s actually the water that I drink. I recently switched the brand of water I drink and this has made all the difference. Please comment if you are even the least bit intrigued 😉😊

I have 9 minutes left in the workout but my legs are just done. They're not even burning anymore, they're just weak at this point.

This video is making me feel out od shape. I haven't taken this many breaks in between workouts in years.

see, you can tell by the tone of their voice they don't want to be here either and they are only here cause their contract means they are by law required to do this garbage
besides what kind of sane person who gets bored easily would want to do this for HALF AN HOUR

Probably one of the worst(Best) work out. Made it through all the way on my first try. Had to do couple of beginners modification but that's all right. Thank you for a great work out HASFIT!

8:00 & 17:25 are the same. They say in the beginning no repeated exercises.
Same with 13:36 & 26:09
