getting back into working out after half a year of being depressed and stressed, often stuck inside and losing all of my fitness and gaining bit of weight. even this was too tough to do in one sitting, but i will keep on track. i dont like the way my body feels. not bc of looks but because of the lack of energy. feels like i am a 24 year old stuck in a body of a 50 year old. and that needs to change
This is a good video, I see that you keep the original exercises, but I prefer the one 37 min. The voice of your partner alerting the intervals between exercises works out better for me.

Been following you guys for 7 years, & took a break from online workouts 3 years ago when we joined a gym. I can honestly say I’ve missed working out with you Kelli! I too am going through some chronic pain issues after being very active for years (half marathons, weight lifting, spin). This workout was a God send! I’ve been walking; wanting a little more, but wasn’t sure what my body could handle. This was perfect!
I did the warm up twice since I haven't worked out in a bit. It was a great video!

I was doing your workouts regularly about a year ago when I was in a really bad place with my body and my relationship to food. Over this past year I've been working very hard on improving that, and today I'm back to doing your workouts, but to feel good instead of punishing my body, and it feels wonderful. Hearing you mention in the video that we should workout to improve our lives and not to punish our bodies made me realize how far I've come. I love your workouts and how supportive you are of the person doing the workout behind the screen <3

I have to leave another comment on this one. This is officially my favorite Fitness Blender workout. I adore how easy it is to make this one your own and to adjust it to continue being your own no matter what's going on with you that particular day. After having gone a couple of weeks without working out due to contracting Covid, I've been slowly trying to ease myself back into my normal routine. This, I believe, is the longest workout I've done since getting back into things. I'm so proud of myself for completing it, and I truly and deeply appreciate how encouraging Kelli was throughout this entire video. It made it so easy to just do what I was able to and not judge myself in any way for what I wasn't able to do. Thank you so much Kelli, and thank you to your entire team. I feel very encouraged and hopeful about what's next again 😊 I hadn't even realized how much I'd lost my confidence until you helped to restore it. This is a long message, but I wanted to express how grateful I feel 😅 God bless all of you.

I have been following you since highschool, since I was 15 … I'm 22 now and yoou are still my favs. I don't konw if you know that but i'll make sure you will : I feel like you are part of my family, and I'm sure a lot of people feel the same as I do. I love ypur hardcore workouts (like the pyramids structure Daniel used to do) as well as those cooler ones. Anyway love from France.
