I loved this workout! Stopped training for 8-9 months and have gained weight. I was skeptical about coming back to workout because I felt that I would be disappointed with me seeing that my body isn't as strong as before but! this workout started beginner style and prepped me for 2nd and 3rd rounds! I am so jealous of the people that trained in person with Amy. She just has this amazing positive energy! You can feel it even on screen, I can't imagine what it would be like in person! She's the BEST!!

OMG The best workout! Short enough to squeeze into my lunch break, intense enough to get my heart rate up and feel the burn!!! Your videos may well be reason I can finally cancel my gym membership!
