I'm with Claudia, not a fan of the split squats… or maybe it's more a love/hate thing, because WOW are they effective! And I love how you guys include exercises that are often left out, like calf raises… THANK YOU!

This is my favorite leg workout. I always feel so accomplished afterwards and know that I'll be sore for days. This is also the workout where I'm really able to push the weight because of the pace. Thanks, Coach & Claudia!

Hi there, have you considered Okibetonic Secrets yet? Just do a search engine search. On there you will discover a great tips about how exactly you can lost crazy amounts of weight. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it will work for you too.

Mother of God. This was a hard leg day. Just wanted to say thank you for actually giving instructions on the exercises, form and correct positioning. There are lots of videos on YouTube that have great workouts, but they just play terrible music and go through their routine. They don’t give instructions on correct form. This sets you guys apart. Thank you!!!
