Gotta love Anna and the girls! They make you feel motivated without pretending the workout is easy breezy. They feel it with you and are still upbeat from beginning to end!

I usually like Anna's workouts but this one was boring af.
It is great cardio but a bit repetitive. I like more variations in movements but after a long time I was able to do it twice yay.
I did the first round, and I thought this was easy! I was wrong though… I couldn't fathom those downward dog push ups and now I am dripping with sweat! Great work out! x
Three things (1) That was an intense Anna workout (2) Reverse Burpies are completely ridiculous (3) That was a fun workout

LOVE all of Ana’s workouts. She has the best and most supportive attitude. Makes all the difference for me. Anyone have a hard time getting up from the backwards burpie???? LOL! I had to use my hands. Amazingly workout.

Any tips to make this hurt less on the wrists? I had to stop doing most of the floor stuff because my wrists couldn't take any more pressure
