My question is:
I am practicing intuitive eating. Sometimes I am not very hungry in the mornings which is when I work out. I have read different articles about getting protein in after a work out. Some say it is best to get it in right after the work out and some say as long as you are getting lots of protein in your diet then it isn't as important on getting it in right after your work out. Both make sense. What do you think?
