I very much appreciate the verbal tips on form, even tho I’m obsessed with having proper form, the longer the workout gets I find my form getting sloppy and then bam Maddie calls me out – very helpful!

Yould consider either adding a bell at the end of Eastchester segment, or you saying three two one. I cannot look at the clock on the screen a lot of the time.
