30-Min Total Body Seated Workout for Overweight / Bad Knees / Beginners | Joanna Soh
Don’t be fooled! This workout firms and burns much more that you’d think. These seated exercises offer a total-body cardio and strength workout. You can do this anytime and anywhere, even in your office or on your couch!
Duration: 30 minutes
Interval: 45 secs Workout 15 secs Rest (x2 circuits)

1) Chair March
2) Knee to Elbow
3) Front to Side Raise
4) L-Rotation
5) Seated Chest Press
6) Shoulder Press with Wide Step
7) Bent Over Row

Thanks so much for this! I injured my knee, then pushed too hard and injured it worse. I really wanted to keep working out, so I gathered seated workouts. I really appreciate fitness YouTubers like you providing me with a way to keep my fitness journey going.
Excellent video. I have had a knee replacement about 2 years ago and have some issues with hip flexibility. This exercise video is awesome!!! Love the modification. On the second set I challenged myself and followed you. I just love your enthusiasm. You have gained a new subbie. Please come with more chair workouts. Your mom is amazing. ♥️

Desperate to find a workout that doesn’t hurt bad knees, I happened upon your video. It showed up as the first one in my search.I haven’t exercised in forever and this workout was lovely. I was sweating, my muscles felt like they were working, but my knees weren’t stressed at all! I love this!

This workout is perfect for me as a 5’2 367 lbs 33 year old newly diagnosed diabetic my doctor advised me that I need to workout in addition to changing how I eat. The problem is I’m so out of shape and I have a bad knee this helps me tremendously as a starting point. Thank you for this content!
