Hi Maddie! I've been doing many of your workouts for almost 2 years now. I love the 20 mins, no jumping & no equipment workouts. These days I enjoy these stretch & tone workouts more. It's easier to do after a long day at work. I hope you'd post more of them. Thank you, you're the best!

Love doing this workout first thing in the morning to wake my body up with a little stretch and sweat!
Didn't feel like doing any weight or HIIT workout today, so this one made me still move my body, but at a slower pace and it felt sooo good!
