Do you do what foods you tend to eat? Also do you break at any time break your avoidable foods?
I wish with your warm up cool off videos you added more time to the workout or wrote the accurate time of actual working out. I only have a certain amount of time to workout sometimes and when I choose the wrong video it’s sometimes too late to choose another. I didn’t get in30 min today and I’m disappointed.
