I appreciate how you talk in your videos and also give instruction for our form (and it's simple to follow) and a little encouragement to go with it. I like your HIIT videos the most on YouTube. Many others barely speak at all, nonetheless give us tidbits so we can get better form. Thank you!!

I wish with your warm up cool off videos you added more time to the workout or wrote the accurate time of actual working out. I only have a certain amount of time to workout sometimes and when I choose the wrong video it’s sometimes too late to choose another. I didn’t get in30 min today and I’m disappointed.
