This one was really hard for me! Great job and really starting to feel better and notice some results with the 30day low impact work out 😉 Perfect pass for somebody who is totally out of shape and/or recovering from a back injury. I fit both categories….

Uh-oh. My upper back started hurting at the crunches – I guess it was still somewhat sore from the last workout. I tried leaving out crunches and anything that I felt there and finished with the rest…
This workout totally kicks my butt😊- fast paced and the half hour flies by. HasFit videos./ workouts are a Godsend to those unable to get to the gym and who need motivation to get up and move. Highly recommend
This was my first time and i just have to stop at 15 min. This routine is great!! And you work all the body. I have overweight and even then it was easy but hard to do. I hope this help me with my insuline problem beside the diet!!! Lets see!!!

I think I'm at an intermediate fitness level and usually do the workouts targeted for that, but sometimes I do a beginner one to open the workout week or close it. They're usually the 25-30 minute ones so I can get at least a little sweat going. But of all the beginner workouts I've done, I consider this one the hardest.
I finally found a routine that is at the perfect level to break back into working out. Clear, smooth flow. I'll be doing this 3x per week min. I feel confident this is the kick start I needed. Thank you, Ron

It kicked my butt the most out of all the beginner workouts I've done. I didn't feel any pain during, but now my back is so stiff and sore, is this supposed to happen?

liked this, i was dying half way through, and i had to sit out on the side to side twist cause of my herniated disc but i did running over the line steps during that part
I did the cardio for 3 days…omitting 1 day because I'm still a bit lazy…and realized that I shouldn't be doing cardio everyday as it would be bad rather than good. Sorry if that sounds like an obvious thing, but I'm new to this whole thing and I'm not sure how to vary my workout on a day-to-day basis. I'm just looking to get toned.
I'm not looking to build muscle, I'm just looking to get more toned, is this the right work out for me? I'm a slim guy as it is

In the knee to elbow excercise, should I let my knees pass in front of my elbows if I can or should I just touch my elbows with my knees?

In the 30 day (plan to get in shape) in my third week, with a combination of a healthy food i lost 9 kilos so far, im going to finish this! whohoo! 🙂
When I do the "side knee to elbow," my lower back pops. No pain though. Is that normal? Thanks!

Love this workout, I am a running and do a lot of cardio aerobics , but since being diagnosed with IC I have to only do low impact exercise. I was worried that when doing any low impact exercise I would not feel anything let alone get my heart rate up. This did both. Thanks again, Dani

I have struggled for almost 2 years with plantar fasciitis, Hasfit offers such great low impact videos to where I do not have to put a lot of added pressure on that foot and also kicks my butt physically. I love this video, it is one of my favorites.
