I like that the warm up went straight into the main part of the work out without saying so. Mentally it made the time go faster and get into the groove instead of dreading what the main workout was. 😄

This was amazing! The perfect level of challenge without making me want to give up.. the moves are doable with my not-so-great balance and coordination but are definitely still giving me that burn!

I love Maddies. She´s explaining which muscle to give extra focus on during every move. This HIIT is more focused on balance and reps than some of her other videos where it´s mostly about speed. This i easy to follow, even for new beginners. Does someone know if her training app can be used without internet?

Because of a remodel, move and many other life issues taking up ALL my time I haven't worked out for 5 months. This was a perfect get back to it workout. Not too rough, easy to stick with and no repeats. I feel better than I have in months. I'll be coming back to this one on low energy days for sure!
