Love these dancer workouts just want to say a huge thankyou for explaining proper form and technique in your exercises it made such a difference to my workouts and stretches because sometimes i wasnt sure which muscle i was supposed to be engaging. bringing hips forward in the quad stretch, pushing hips down in the glute stretch it's all those extras that makes me come back to your videos everytime. I have done heaps of youtube workouts because im too shy/scared to go to the gym but maddy yours are the best by far thankyou!

I’m glad others enjoyed but this was just not for me. I did half and I felt bored. Too many breaks and not very challenging. No, not every workout has to be super challenging and hardcore but this just felt like I wasn’t doing much of anything. I’m so glad there are workouts for every level out there as well as different styles and tastes!
