The weird weighted vest is distracting and changes form. Probably not a good idea. Maybe weighted gloves would be a better idea.

This workout is my go to workout when I let myself slide and put back on a few pounds. Always gets me back in the game! I’ve done it hundreds of times and it’s helped me lose close to a 1/3rd of my body weight from my heaviest. Cheers hasfit! Your efforts are appreciated.
