Holy friggin' cow. I did this one and the afterburner a few days ago and was so tired the next 2 days I could hardly move. Those 2 workouts are NO JOKE. Thanks for all the encouragement during the workout. As far as goals, I've been told that a waterfall always starts with a single drop of water. Keep moving.

Guys, build muscle doesn't have to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake.
