Guys please, please, please stop with the ads during the workout!! I love you guys, you're my favorite and I get making money but when you're trying to workout along with you and the commercial ads (Not once, not twice but three times!) pop up and I'm in the middle of following along I have to finish counting it out while some commercial blares in the background and completely takes me out of it. We not have the still digital ads you can x out but don't stop from the flow and workout like the actual commercials do. I've stopped watching others because of this so please don't do that because I really like you guys. Cheers!

What can I use as an alternative to a weight bench? i don't have a weight bench and find some of these moves kind of hard from the floor.

Love these workouts. But the ads in the middle of the burnout set was LAME. I had to stop the set (which defeats the purpose of a burnout) to hit “skip ad” Then wait another 5 seconds for another ad. Not a good look guys. Otherwise killer workouts and a great couple. They have good personality that is engaging without being over powering. Kudos.
