I want to do these exercises just to make sure that I don't lose muscle mass during weight loss. Shall I do it on alternate days?Am I required to increase my protein intake?My current weight is 83 KGs and my height is 175 CMs.My initial target is 75 KGs. please guide.I am 66 years old.

Today(September 10) was my first day with this channel and I did 20 mins with 2kg dumbbells with both mixed versions. I'll come back to this video on October 30 and i hope to see some results hehe. Beginning at 76kg. 50 days lets goooooooo.

I really like your workouts. I am 67 yr old woman trying to lose "the elusive last ten pounds. " I love the calories burned and time display as well as a choice between regular and challenging. You are both great!
