Wow! I'm sweating with that one! I tend to feel some of the exercises in my lower back. I've dropped my weight and still feel it. Not pain…just a stretch..is that normal? Following the 30 day muscle building and the 30 day torch 2.0 alternating. Been working out with you guys for a few months. Love it! When he says let's burn out a muscle…omg, lol.

I do y’all’s workouts almost daily and usually love them, but I could not keep up with you two this entire workout! I had to keep pausing and rewinding while I finished each set. No demonstration of the exercise before starting the set or taking your time with the movements (which you always preach). I do see that this was filmed 3 years ago, so maybe that is why it’s so fast paced.

No wonder Claudia is 'really feeling it" with the towel rows. She is keeping the towel suspended in the air while Coach K is dragging it along the ground! All good, love these workouts and they've kept me sane during the pandemic. Thanks y'all!
