I work out Monday to Friday with you and Claudia for years no matter how busy or tired I am after the day.I just love this arm and back workout ya really can feel my arms and back on fire .And I do alot of strength and Hllt training with ye love them to .tomorrow is strength Thursday then glutes and thigh Friday Hllt Thanks guys x❤❤❤

I was used to doing big weight low reps and I was doing 35s, 20s, and 15s for everything, I was unprepared for the pain😂
