Day 1 ~ I'm so inflexible. This hurts and I struggle keeping my legs straight. My knees want to buckle.
Day 2 ~ Still sucks. It's painful and my lower back hurts but, it seems like the time went by quicker
Day 3 ~ I feel the burn in my muscles
Day 4 ~ I can definitely see a difference already. Before I couldn't even bend over and touch my toes but, now I can.
Day 6 ~ back to hurting like it was day 1 all over again
Day 9 ~ done
I am trying this. I have a total hip replacement and I am very stiff. Let's see if I will be able to do it at some point in my life.
2020 split goals 😂
Dec 1 2020. Time to accomplish something this year
this is really late, but I think we're having another lockdown, so hourglass bod, flattest stomach, and splits here I come ;). But I love how with stretching, you will never really reach a plateau with the same stretches cuz you could just keep going farther and farther.
People say all dancers are super flexible and can do the splits…
I've been doing dance for 5 years and I still don't have the splits!
I actually almost got them in 2019 when I had a bunch of dance classes but when quarantine hit I got back to square 1. So here I am!
I’ve been doing this stretch routine now for 4-5 months and I feel so happy every time at the end of stretching what my body is capable of so you won’t regret this stretch if you start it 😁

I’m already flexible ish. I can do something’s but not my split yet. I’m about 4 inches off the ground. I’ll edit this when I get it and let you know how long it took me
